We use Royal Mail for all deliveries. Please note once a purchase has been despatched, it can be subject to postal delays. Please do order in plenty of time to ensure your Cheerings arrive when needed.

Important re postal delays: In most cases Royal Mail deliveries arrive on time as advised. However in some cases - particularly untracked Standard 1st Class post - they can be subject to delays (up to 3 weeks in some areas) even outside postal strikes. Please consider this when choosing postage options and select Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 for urgent or time and occasion sensitive deliveries.
Delayed deliveries: if your order has not arrived 7+ days after the expected delivery date (i.e. 1-2 days after you receive your despatch confirmation email) please contact us so we can help. NB: in order to allow for delayed post to reach its intended destination, any agreed product replacements will be sent no sooner than 21 days after the original intended arrival date to avoid crossover.
